It was a good location. The beds were big and comfortable except when we got into the master king bed, we felt sand. Both bathrooms had hairballs in the drain. Faucet in passage bathroom was not secure. The floor was sandy when we arrived and it was impossible not to track dirt into the house due to a sandy wet front yard and no cement pathway. Large opening in ceiling of bunk beds room. We reported the broken doors. There were several citings of roaches.
