Absolutely the best location! Our host was very responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for better. The loft was very spacious and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I will be staying my next visit.

I’m giving the rental 5 stars. Everything went well and the place is great. Right in the heart of Wilmington. Close to everything. Also, the place is much more spacious than the pictures give it credit. I’ll only make a couple notes just for people who are trying to find a place.Upon check in the door can be difficult to find. Just get clarification from the owner before wandering around like I did. The only other note is that if you are with kids or are early to bed, the noise from the youths at the bars downstairs can be somewhat loud when going to bed. I expected that going in, so I’m not deducting any stars. Overall, I loved the place and would stay again.

I had a hard time finding the property, but it was because I didn’t quite understand the instructions/directions. (You enter through the side of the property). After check-in, everything was great. The unit is huge, 2 large bedrooms & bathrooms, as well as the living room area. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the view to Front St. is great, and my favorite part, some of the best restaurants are in walking distance. The host checked in with me almost every day, and reminded me to contact him if I needed anything. Communication was great, very professional. Our 3 night/4 day stay was reasonably priced, & parking of 1 car was included. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and I highly recommend this property.

If you want to do anything in downtown Wilmington you can not beat this location. Everything else in the area is very close by as well. The condo had more space than we anticipated and it was a very comfortable stay. Communication was great! We will likely come back if the spot is available our next visit.

We are frequently in Wilmington and enjoy staying downtown where the shops and restaurants are nearby. There are great boutiques and a variety of restaurants not to mention the overflow of real American history. My favorite part! This loft is in an ideal location. It's right off front street and near all the best spots. It is also just enough away from the nightlife if you want a break from it. Lots of space for your group to be together but not on top of each other.
